By submitting a return, you have read and agreed to the following terms.

You have 30 days from the order date to request a return. Please send returns promptly after approval, especially if it is close to the 30-day mark. There is no return fee. However, we may charge up to 10% for processing, cleaning, or missing components and will notify you if this applies to your return.

We only provide prepaid return labels for defective or damaged items. For other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If you select "defective," we will contact you for more details. We do not offer exchanges for preference-based returns.

You can choose between a Bag gift card or a refund to the original payment method. Gift cards are emailed after the return has been finalized, while refunds to the original payment method may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

We do not provide prepaid return labels for returns from outside the US. Import duties, shipping, customs fees, and VAT are non-refundable. Refunds for initial shipping costs are at our discretion.

We do not accept returns for user-damaged items. Returns outside the 30-day period, or without prior approval, will be returned to the sender.
